What are you flagged for? You need to give more info than "where do I raid".

Personally I prefer the fridge and the ladies' dorm. Have to have a good mezzer or two for both, and preferebaly a full raid team (72 raiders) for the latter, plus you have to make sure that your entire raid force have read the tactics and know what they are supposed to be doing and when. Executed correctly, a drom raid can lead to many significant upgrades such as Girlfriend 3.0, which, with the correct powersource (e.g. Fabled Income or a very high INT+CHA) can become a Wife 1.0! 0.o

Also- before you raid anywhere visit the zone called "School" it has fabled drops like General Knowledge 101 and How to write so people take you seriously not to mention Human Realationships v3.2

Just starting to raid?
Level? I will assume you are post level 52 so raiding old-school dragons like Nagafen or Vox are out.

Tier 1 PoP zones are a good place to start.
Check out:
Grummus in Plane of Disease
Aerin 'Dar in Plane of Valor
Hedge trial (18 players max) in Plane of Nightmare

For smaller raids you can do things like Innoruk or the Broodmother in Crypt of Nadox or Guardian of the Seal in The Hole. Both places require getting your raid to out of the way places and in position.

Honestly, most raids take time and effort to organize. You wont just decide to take on most raid targets at the drop of a hat.
