Is there anyway that I can download updated list of all guild members along with there status , level, etc.. It would make scheduling guild writs and events much easier.

In the Guild Mangement window. Make sure you have off-line box checked. You can [DUMP] the roster to your computer.

You can also get a list off EQ Players. Like this. Not sure how accurate it will be though.
