Here's my weekend, show me yours:

Thu: We started a Rujarkian LDoN (yes, there are still people who do those!); collection drops came slowly, but we did fine. When we were missing only 2 more drops, the tank died due to adds and a crouching Cleric. Smiley: eek My Bst took over tanking until the tank got rezzed, and we managed to finish the task with only some minutes left. Headed to Kael Drakkal afterwards and hunted some giants; we had a really tough fight with Bjrakor the Cold who seems to have about 26k hitpoints! Later on, our Druid took me to Cobalt Scar, and I finally got the spices for the last combine of my baking trophy task.

Fri: Soloed a bit in Goru'kar Mesa, finished one of the Madu tasks and got another AA. Got killed by a roaming drakkin raider (yellow con to lvl 56), someone must have failed the "They are Coming!"-task... So I decided to go to Chardok and collect insignias for the Ogre Cultural Master book. Got some of the drops, but got bored and headed to Skyfire mountains to hunt the Ancient Wurm for the Suspended Wurm Blood. On two kills, I only got the Wurmfire Earring twice...

Sat: Lots of work to do in the flat, no EQ.

Sun: Logged in for half an hour to give the Ancient Wurm another try, and I got the augment on the first kill! Smiley: yippee Later on, we went to see the Picasso exhibition (late works) and had to find out that lots of people had the same idea (as it was the last of the exhibition)...

Discovered that a level 1 Necro pet with Temperance and a full ensemble of summoned armor, haste, and weapon items, is a formidable foe! Probably had close to 2000hp and had no problem handling the minions of BlackBurrow!

Other then that I spent my free time watching the James Bond DVD collection and playing an old strategy game called Pharoah.

Reached somewhat of a goal I suppose this weekend by both my husband and I dinging 68. Onto AA's forever now.

Raided a bit, TS'ed a bit. Trying REALLY hard to get jewelcrafting closer to 300, but am spending all my plat doing it.

I've been working my way through all the episodes of Firefly before my son goes back to school taking his DvD's with him. I'm up to episode 8 I think.

...

Logged in for the first since March or so and burned some of my two week "return trial" time. Aside from the Go Home button sending my shadowknight to Crescent Reach (which was fun since I don't own TSS), it went fairly smooth considering the change to the default UI and icons.

Pretty much just soloed a couple nights in Sebilis and the Hole with my lvl 61 Shadowknight. Almost hit 62, but it got to be too late last night and I logged with one "blue" remaining. I guess they aren't blue anymore, huh? Got the Sebilis augment but the Hole wasn't coughing up.

Anyway, it was amusing but I don't know that I'll resubscribe. The population is noticably way down in PoK and the Bazaar and I was alone in Seb & the Hole almost the entire time. The only zone I saw action in was 10 other people in Grieg's End.

Been so swamped lately haven't had time for a few weeks now.

Even upgraded my machine for 2-3 boxing and just haven't found any time yet.

It is coming though! I will move forward!

Consider yourself lucky none-the-less. It's a rare opportunity for many of us to ever get to see an original Picasso. I liked his Late Works. I think the sheer quantity of stuff he was pumping out led to some odd and interesting stuff.

Were you even able to get to Blackburrow before dinging 2?

If a Necro pings in a dungeon and there's no one there to hear, does he get to keep the AA?

But you played enough to be able to contribute to this thread. Throw a wink Railus' way and could likely even be featured player of the week.

made and got my troll beastlord (Sxaytroll) on Zek to lvl 32, that was fun , went fast and had alot of fun.

Nothing funner than a pet with 2 Hand of X(sp?) and the proc buff. lol

Then got on my warrior and decided to pvp (lvl 44) hes completely twinked out BoC maxed str/sta haste, crit aug ect.
Go to OT..and then i procede to fight a bard for 15 min, in the end i lost because i had to search through invintory for my Shortsword of the Yekesha to stop his dam speed. ( was keeping up with him with mount/bow) he jousted for a while , but could never win jousting because of Tantors Tusk damage lol. His max hit on my was 55.

Then i decided...im angrey at my warrior and im going to make a new class to pvp with.

Still cant decide what class to make, leaning towards zerker, but not shure how good they are in pvp at lvl 45ish.

so, anyone want to help me pick a new class?? (FYI i dont do rogues)

Hazzle;
Zerkers are good at that level, especially with the gear you have, but if you really want to own, go with a necro. My warrior gets eaten alive by them, even with the high resists. Smiley: motz Druids are tough also, but treehuggers stink. Smiley: sly

You don't do rogues and your name is Hazzlehoff. Dragonlance fans everywhere flog this man. Anyway from what little PVP I've seen is a druid can hold their own spamming DS and heals without even starting to nuke. You've gotta get to 70 before you can pick up the temporary 200 some odd damage DS, but just spamming that and reptile skin you can take down a melee without breaking out the DDs. I guess you PVPers love to dispell though /shrug. I dueled a bard this weekend, it wasn't under friendly circumstances to say the least. He provoked me so I was bound and determined to send him to his bind. Funny thing about dueling a shadowknight, if pissed off I have no regrets about hitting unholy aura, improved harm touch and then leech touch and dropping someone about 80% in 2 spells. He claimed I cheated in tells even though he used his boxed wizard to insta-evac him. None of my boxed army was anywhere near me, but had I died I would have been willing to do the rez and rebuff. I say if you don't want to get harm touched then don't duel or accept a duel from a shadowknight in an unfriendly situation. He would have happily used mana burn on me with his wizard if given the chance.

Wasn't the pickpocketing Kenders name Tasslehoff? I think Hasslehoff is the guy from a tv beach show.

Hmmm, the thing about the necro is that i have a necro..its my solo char lol its lvl 42 atm , and i love him!! Hes the char i play if no one is on and such, i pvp with him and you are correct, they do indeed own!! 200 resists just for a chance to resist the lifetap lol.

I like to be balanced, have the Necro ( int caster)<<may try a mage though, just swap most the gear))))))
i have a hybrid (beastlord)

and i have my warrior..which im looking to replace for a little bit ( im never going to delete him!! (Apprentice Fletcher Hohohohohohoho Hohohohohohohohoho of Zek)

i guees ill try zerker then, although i hear the power of beserkers shines after 50+ discs and AAs n such. But i also hear thier Epic is doable at lvl 46 with a good guild

ty for the help

**yes Hazzlehoff is the guy from Baywatch, Tasslehoff was the kender from Dragonlance.**

So...how was everyone elses weekend??

Hell, if that were the case I'd be at about 12, not 185.

Been out of the loop for a while with the job search, so this will be brief.

Friday: Helped watch the little one while my wife recovered from the flu (8 months along with our new daughter too boot), so I did no more than TS-ing in PoK and letting my little girl play "JUMP" as she calls it. If anyone saw a gnome bouncing up and down near the SB on Druzzil, that would have been me!

Saturday: Wife still feeling sick, so we didn't make it to my moms for Christmas Eve Dinner (I was raised Russian Orthodox), so a bit more TS-ing and started rereading the Uplift War series.

Sunday: Christmas Day at moms! Good food, good friends and a wonderful time was had by all!

Monday: Two great interviews, with one ending in a job offer! I might not take it since it's a sales position which would put me on the road M-F, about 100 miles from where I live. I'll ask them if I can delay my decision until I finish my other 3 interviews in the middle of next week. The time off has been great and scary all at the same time, but it looks like it might be coming to an end.

This weekend didnt play much.
I started a drakkin mage, named him Erran after my first ever character, also a mage. Got to 10 in tutorial and is now guilded and in CR doing the beginning tasks.
I also put in the application for moving my toons from emarr to povar. Got an email back, sony wanting the account numbers and name of cards used to pay for the account. Gave them a few and hope that suffices. I never use the same card for a long period of time.
Made some money in bazaar and in casting buffs.

Grats Odzmye! Even it's not the job of your dreams, it's nice to have an offer. I've been looking for a new job for quite some time now, but unlike you I am still employed. Wouldn't want to be in your situation...

Grats on the job offer.... the funny part is usually after one offer they come in bunches.

Good luck!
