Item will not upload to LucyFollow

Wasn't sure to post here or send an email - I decided on this in case anyone knows why it's happening. :)

I have a set of Darkened Sleeves of Treachery (drops in Plane of Hate Tier 4, I think it is). It isn't found on Lucy, and has an item ID of 62023 (I see this by going through the updater, doing a collection, then looking at my characters profile and clicking on the item to go into Lucy). I don't know if it was removed (or something), but it does exist.

How do I get Lucy to recognize it? It does find it in my bags, and knows what it's called, but the item ID that it has linked to doesn't exist.

Do I even bother? I was going to tribute it (15k tribute for it) but I can keep it until this gets figured out, if you like.
