Hello...
I've tried getting Jin Master Sergug (in Rathe Mountains) to give the initiate quests, but he will not say the last line of his initial dialogue, which is "I will tell you something of [this place]."
Has this been changed or did I do something wrong before getting to him?

i can't answer your question for sure, but my guess would be that the move from Gukta to the Rathe Mtns may have broken some quests. i know some of the old Troll quests from Neriak FQ are no longer working after they retook Grobb.if anyone knows otherwise or can answer correctly, please feel free to post.
The (evil) quest for the Enchanter Froglok illusion still works. You have to deal with a frog NPC(in Rathe Mts. now) for that one.

Did you try to "/say this place?" without Sergug giving you the line?
