It's been about 5 years since I last played so I got a some question.
I have only the ps2 version no upgrades and want to know if I can still play effectively and get parties or will that be to old.

The PS2 version and the PC version are in no way related. If you want to play with the big dogs go pick up the Titanium package at your local game store.
There's a PS2 version? Heh, I didn't know that.

No its Everquest online adventures, same idea as EQ 1 as in its online and you group with folks to kill things just very different than the PC version.
