item dropped off Wailing Dead which was red to me at 17. we killed it anyway. it dropped "chain leggings of the haunted".
i cannot find this mob or this item in allakazaam. anyone have more info?

It is a new mob added when Unrest was made a Hotzone last week. Each hotzone gets a new mob or 2 and nice new loot on it.
