Hey there. I haven't played EQ since before Kunark, but I'm thinking about getting back in. I checked on EQ players, and my old level 16 Ranger is still around. I have no way of accessing it, because the information on the account is lost to the winds.
Any help would be appreciated.

Go with the new Titanium download and start a new toon, run him through the tutorial, you will be happy that you did.
Your level 16 ranger is no loss and can be replaced in one day of playtime or less.
Check the last couple of pages of posts for more info on this, as this question is asked about 20 times a week.

I havent played in 3 years and came back by buying the platinum edition as suggested but I was hoping to use it to upgrade my old account, which is what my friend did. The problem is I cannot log into my old account at all. I even tried going to station and use the forgot password but it doesnt show my account at all. But when I tried to make my new account using the old info it said another account already there. And Im pretty sure no one else has this station name.
So Im thinking if I cant make a new account with the old station name because there already is one out there with the same name, but I cant access it because it aint there then maybe I can get someone to check to make sure. So my question here is can I get soome guidance on where to start?

Call customer support and try talking to them directly. While people can be just as much of an idiot on the phone as they are in emails, talking to a real person will usually yield better results and you may be able to figure out at least what the problem is.
Or you can start with a new station name. I'm assuming that you want the old station name so you can get your old toons back, but you really need to weigh the trouble of trying to get that account back versus the benefit of having those old toons.

Personally, if it were me, I would just pick up EQ Titanium, and make a new station account with the 30 days included in the box.
It looks like your ranger is only lvl 16. The first levels go pretty fast now, and I think you'll find that you can be 16 - 20 in no time. Plus, you'll end up with 30 days to play without paying :)
