Will anyone kindly link a few "Snare" clicky items for my enchanter to quest/purchase.

You don't need to have premium, just look for the word Snare as a spell then click on it. If there is an item with that effect, you'll get a list of them on the second page of the spell.
You can do thae same thing on Lucy's too.

Looking up the spell Snare would only return the items that have that effect. There are lots of spells that can affect run speed: Snare, Ensnare, Dooming Darkness, Engulfing Darkness are the main ones.
I did not find any caster usable clickies besides ones with Snare though, so
for this purpose looking up Snare would get you all the items you could use.
Enchanter usable clickies, a quick search turned up:
Swollen Fungus Beast Gland
Ball of Burlap Yarn
Nothing has unlimited charge clickies except Ranger / Druid only items. You will be stuck with non-rechargeable snares that are not easily gotten.

There are some throwable Shammy potions with snare but the effect lasts ever so short and you cannot toss it point blank. It is also resisted a fair amount too.

Ah, a post said it could be cast from inventory, which means it wouldn't need to be equipped. Does the class restriction still apply then?

That post is also 3 and a half years old. Probably got nerfed long long ago.

Of course, it's easy enough to test in-game but this is more fun.

You might be right then. I thought it needed to be equipped but I've never actually tried it.

I was hoping for something equipable with unlimited charges. Didn't have to be anything great but my high level root spell is getting resisted a lot more and when it actually sticks, my pet takes a beating. But if I let the Mob run then sometimes I get adds. At level 57, all the mobs tend to run really fast...
