aa xp vs reg xp while 2 boxing.Follow

I frequently 2 box my 61 pally and a 59 druid. Could there be a problem with aa xp if a mob is lb to the pally vs db to the druid. Does the druid get the aa xp calculated as if it was lb also? Any help on this or any other issues regarding xp in this situation would be welcome.

Yes the way it is now, the aaxp is determined by the highest in the group. Therefore if the mob is lt. blue to the 61 then the lower levels get lt. blue aaxp as well.

Right now it seems better for the lower levels to go full reg. xp than aaxp if there is a large level difference in the group.

Yeah, the drop off of AA experience with even a slight difference in group level is staggering. It was posted at the official forums that it's too harsh in it's current state and they're trying to figure out how to get it working better.

Does it make a difference if the higher lvl is on reg xp and lower lvl is on aaxp? Will the lower lvl get the aaxp calculated for the DB mob?

No, the lower level person will benefit more from being on reg. xp no matter what the higher level toon is set to.

Until the mobs you are fighting are the same con to both your toons, always keep the lower toon on reg. xp.

Hopefully they will change this soon because the mechanics just really aren't working as they should. Not very often do you have a full group of toons that are the exact same level.
