How do you climb ladders? I'm working on my baby BST's newbie armour quest and am below East Cabilis, but I can't get back up the ladders. He'll go into a climbing position and look like he's climbing, but he's not actually going anywhere.... Help!

Face the ladder look up (Page Up) and hit forward.
Definately have to be looking up. If you look down, you'll climb down (even though you're pushing forward).
Thanks guys, I'll try the Page Up key. Was getting really frustrating for a while there; I had already gotten stuck in the world geometry once... >_<
You cannot climb ladders if you levitated, at least I have not figured out how to do it. Anyone else?
Some ladders aren't perfectly vertical, ie they give a bit of slope even if it is a few degrees. Levitate can be used to inch slowly up these.

On a similar matter, how do you ride the elevators in CR or in Vergalid Mines without falling through? It seems like I fall through 90% of the time. I've tried turning the clip plane to 0, I've looked at the ground, looked at the ceiling, tried with and without lev, stood in the middle of the lift and on the sides, etc. Nothing I do can consistently get me up. In Vergalid, I even had the unpleasant experience of falling for 200k as a result.

That is a bug. It used to happen with the elevators in Kelethin. Nothing like seeing Noobs fall to thier death!
