something bad happened... i got disconnected from the game and when i logged back in i was dead... i was in Field of Bone when it happened but my corpse isnt in that zone :S if anyone plays on the Maelin servwer, please look for my corpse. Name is PaperCups, an iksar necromancer lvl 13. Im sorry that i cant offer a reward cuz i'm poor, but it would be greatly appreciated if you told me the loc of my corpse and the zone it's in if you bump into it.

In the future, you can always summon your corpse in the Guild Lobby. The Guild Lobby is a zone off the Plane of Knowledge. I think you should access to it with the version of the game that you bought (if I remember your other posts correctly). On the east and west side of the Guild Lobby there are corpse summoning NPC. Puchase the required item from the merchants in the Lobby. I don't know the name of the item you'll need at level 13. Hand this item to the corpse summoner and your corpse will appear right in front of the summoner. Very handy if you ever "lose" your corpse.
Also, as a necromancer, you have a low level spell called locate corpse. First, while in the Field of Bone, type (or hotkey) the command /corpse. If your corpse is in this zone it will say that you are too far away. If your corpse is not in this zone it will say so. At that point, just head to the neighboring zones, and type /corpse again. Once you find the zone that your corpse is located, target yourself and cast locate corpse. It will point you in the direction (straigh line) of your corpse. Run that direction some then recast, it will point you the correct direction if you veered off course. Repeat until you find your corpse.

One of my favorites, just /consent (playername) and it will tell you on the next line you have consented (playername) to drag your corpse in (zone that your corpse is in) then you can always /deny (playername) if you don't need someone to drag you. Hells, the person you consent doesn't even have to be on, you could consent an alt (and yes you can consent an alt then log to them and get your corpse on your other toon)
You can even consent jumbled letters, it doesn't have to be a char's name. But summoning to the guild lobby is the easiest way.
Necros get the 'find corpse' spell. Bards get it before level 13, so don't necros too? Target yourself and hit the spell, it will point you in the right direction.
Yep, the spell "Locate Corpse" is a level 1 spell.

i did locate corpse with myself targeted and it didnt do anything until i'd been in the lake of ill omen for about 10 minutes.
ad i'd summon my corpse myself if i had that coffin thing haha. but i'll look out for the summoner. thanks for the tips guys :)
