New to FV ServerFollow
Just started a Magician on the FV server.... was wondering if any kind souls out there could assist me in finding a fun low lvl guild, and maybe point me in the right direction to some decent quest.... i am wearing all Gloomingdeep armor atm.
Our server is pretty top heavy levelwise. With only one character per account you go thru the levels once then unless you buy another account thats it. I dont recall many low level quests but people give away gear quite often in PoK as most of the lower stuff wont sell in the bazaar. You can look at our server board for some help but best bet is to check out the mage board for what to do at low levels.
Where might i find this server board you are reffering to?
If you have the serpent spine it is really quite simple. Go there and start doing the various level quests. Quest/task npc's are all over the tss zones. If not go to POK and look for the 3 npcs that give the new armor quest. You can locate them using find.

You never asked him why he chose FV.. =p
Yea I tried that server once. I couldn't stand the baby talking ogres and people going nuts when I mentioned anything that might remotely hint at real life. I just couldn't take it. Yea grouping seemed ruff at lower lvls also not very many on there.

I am originally from bertox (2yrs), but have spent my last year on Zek. I eventually got tired of all the pricks there. Am looking for a friendly server, and have seen nothing but kindness on FV.

I dont know how long ago this was but i can say now its pretty different. Now that we have general chat channels (RP almost nil on these) Us non RP folks have people to talk to. I rarely run into RPers anymore and unless i need something from them (Buffs etc.) I leave them be. But for example if the guy giving me Virt or Kei is a RPer i will play along (i have a hotkey that says "may you be blessed by tunare" for them) get my buff and move along.
Grouping is rough in the earlier levels but it does get better.
And as far as people on FV's attitude i have seen my share of asshats but thats to be expected. For the most part its like most other servers if you look you will find plenty of cool people around.
ACtually last time I was on FV was before chat channels if that says anything. Its been a long time. I think it was around the time Gates came out. I had started on there because somebody was begging to trade 5k pp on that server for 3k on mine so I thought ehh why not. Anyways I played till about lvl 5 and quit.
