I know I have seen a listing about turning in no-drop attunable gear for gems but can not find it. Any idea of name of quest or name of NPC? Help please!!!

Did not know about attunable no trade gear but you can turn in planer armor for gems in pok

It's no-drop class specific gear from Plane of Hate and Plane of Fear. You turn them into the class guild-masters in PoK and get a random gem. The quest can be found here.

It would be nice if they would let you get something out of your attuned armor though. At least eq2 lets you sell it for about 5% of what you paid for it to a vendor.
