Cestus Dei are lead by a couple of the most thoughtful and inteligent long term players in the game, and as the old saying goes "birds of a feather flock together" 
so they have a great team of people as well.
I'd guess that Apostate and Tehom are very proud to see their team recognised in this way and so they should be.

This was 1 of a few items named after particular guilds that helped extensively beta test PoR. With the next expansion, you will see items named after guilds who went the extra mile in TSS beta.
