Safe spots in MPGFollow

I am relatively new to MPG. I imagine there are multiple safe spots to set up camp in the zone.

The only one that I know of is the spot between Taskfiend Cainip and the Blind Hunter.

Can anyone else give me some spots? I know 6-way is a camp, but where is a safe place to set-up?

6way is safe to set up at, as are most of the projections.

There are a few spots at 6-way that are considered safe spots, imagine the diagram below as the 6-way camp:

 \ | /
  \ | a
   \|/
   /|\
  b c \
 / | \

The tunnels marked a, b & c are all safe spots because no roamers path in those tunnels. The most common camp is the southern tunnel (c) but depending on what named mobs you are going after, the northeast tunnel (a) may be better.

There are 4 possible named mobs to pull to the 6-way camp:

Odiumate Isienne - PH is just south of camp (c)
Miseryfiend Ghio - PH is on the platform NE of camp (a)
Diodite Bluespark - PH is at the end of the NE wing from camp (a)
Discordling Enchainer Kuroun - PH is SW of camp (b) in a 3 mob room

Pulling Bluespark & DEK to 6-way normally requires a quick killing group or good puller. As a monk, I think there was maybe 3-4 times where I was in a group that killed quick enough to the point I could get 3/4 of those PHs pulled to camp (c). Occasionally the group would still suffer from a no experience kill due to the pulls being so long but it is doable. It would probably be easier to get 3 PHs (Blue, Misery & Odi) if you were at camp (a) though.

There are other safe spots in the zone but all the ones I know of require killing at least 1 see invis mob in the way before getting to the safe spot.

That is fine too. I am 4-boxing in there, so I just log out where I am and come back and play later. That is why a "safe spot" is important so I can log in and out with some confidence that I will be safe. Actaully, since MPG is fairly empty these days, most groups only go to the Taskfiend/Blindhunter or 6-way camps since you can invis to them.

Thanks for the 6-way map and explanation.

With a good map it seems you can find alternate routes around most see invis mobs to get to whatever camp you're going to.

Nice info Phistikuffs:)

In that case, my favorite camp is in the SE corner of the zone near the Projection of Tactics. On the way to this camp there is always a see invis mob that roams the long corridor prior to reaching the camp. If you kill that mob, you can invis past the others to get to camp. There are 2 named spawns that can be pulled in this section:

Neuromancer Vionne - PH is in the single spawn dead end room
Sentinel Siofet - PH is the center dragorn mob in the 3-spawn dead end room

The safe spot for this camp is the corner right before Neuro's room. I've always found the drop rate on glowing runes to be much higher in this camp than any other spot I have camped in MPG & RS. Siofet seems to be a rarer spawn than Neuro but both drop decent loot. The main reason you may not want to do this camp is if you have no CC or way of splitting the 3-spawn room with Siofet's PH. The mobs in that room cannot be pacified but they can be mezzed.

I can just sacrifice my druid on a suicide snare pull to split. Thank you for the information. You have been very helpful.
