POR Progression ?Follow

This is for those of you that have already been through this progression or going through it. I have already seen all the write-ups, read the posts, seen the shaman site break down etc. All that being said the one question everyone asks is still unclear to me.

When you are working towards your Theatre of Blood access one person must have the enraged flesh charm from completing "Becoming The Vessel" to trigger it. This gives you Razorthorn and the last mission needed for ToB access. I have completed this as well as my entire guild.

We are now to the point of the raid progressions, Daosheen, Sullen, Suchon and ToB.

My question...

Does every single member need the "enraged flesh charm" which means they complted the quest "Becoming the Vessel" or does just the person that is doing the progression to unlock the raids?

After reading so many posts for every post that says every single person in the guild must do this quest I can find another post that says only the one person trigger the raids need it.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

I understand how Samples of Corruption and Becoming The Vessel.

During the POR progression to Deathnell there is a point where your enraged flesh charm is powered up. Some say that only the person doing the raid progression to trigger Daosheen, Sullen and Suchon needs this. Others say that each member of your guild will need the enraged flesh charm from Becoming The Vessel for them to progress.

My understanding is each member must get a mana shard and as you progress throught he raids it turns different colors. The last color being a Black Mana Shard then you need an inspiration from ToB for final access to Deathnell.

I have read that members that didn't do Becoming The Vessel thier mana shard won't turn the right color therefore they can't get final access to Deathnell.

I have read only the person trigger the raids even needs the mana shard and the members just need the charecter flag for the wins from Sullen and Suchon.

So again the question.............

Will each member need an "Enraged Flesh Charm" which is the result of the quest "Becoming The Vessel" in order to progress to Deathnell?

Will each member need a mana shard that is upgraded through progression or just the person triggering?
