Judging from the weapons and shields attached to the unicorns' front hooves, they are players in unicorn illusion or shrouds.
Either that or someone has found a way to hand over uber items to pet unicorns. :)

I am not sure what bug caused the "pally" that rides that mount to not show up , but that is the pally mount they get for turning in their ornate binding and something to do with their class horse
likely from using the veteran aas in guild hall, the Trickers ones is always casting illusions on you based on mob in zone, and in guild hall they don't fade.
Yep, jester illusioned random people into the afk paladin's aa mount. :)
According to Misha's(who submitted the pic) website, a GM popped into Valoran's guild hall to give a member something, and cast the illusions on them.
