Mark of Searing DawnFollow

Anyone have any info on this? where it starts? who to talk to? etc

It starts in Bloodfire Moors. You talk to Gubjuk located in the northeast part of map. If you are headed to the mesa, go right at the river split where the NPC laying on the ground towards where Selay is. You will see a ghost mob standing by a tree. Talk to him and do his quest. Warning though, after you complete his quest it will reduce your crystalwing faction all the way and raise your dark tower and spirit of nokk up to max. This quest leads to the next one which has the Mark of Searing Dawn. Havn't completed it yet. Though, a lil worried about going into Cresent Reach now after that big faction hit.
