It seems that Luclin has been opened on The Combine server although Velious hasn't been finished yet...

Shei Vinitras has been defeated by Realm of Insanity, but there is still one event missing in Velious (a grey dragon icon in the progression). Anyone knows how they made it and what the dragon icon could be?

I saw that yesterday. Looks like The Combine still needed a peice of Velious Armor to complete.

Is that greyed-out dragon the sleeper? Not sure if that was needed or not to complete Velious.

On the combine the updating system was down when they woke the sleeper.

Had another look at the progression, they're halfway through Luclin... It may take some time to get the Vex Thal keys for everyone, but I guess that Luclin will be done by mid-november...
