Hi. I'm new to the world of EverQuest. I really love RPG games and thought that I would love it. Well, I've had my game since August and tried to get it set up, but it won't play. Anyone wanna help?
(A) Don't post in powder blue. At the very least, it doesn't contrast well against the basic EQ forum stylesheet and people tend to react poorly to over-use of color for no good reason.
(B) If you ARE having a problem getting the game started, you're better off just posting what the problem is than you are asking if anyone will help you with your untold crisis.
(C) As well as posting here, you may also try the tech support forum on this same site. Be sure to specify which game you're working with as this site hosts forums for many MMORPGs.

to email your problem. This is mostly for hardward set up but also can help with setting up your station account. Note: only do the email thing after you have been to their web site and have thoroughly, carefully, and accutately used the information posted there. Be prepared to send very detailed information. The better you can describe the problem, the better they will be able to help you.(Heh, and you thought your high school grammer teacher was strict about the grammar....)
Last but not least, you can call them at 1-858-537-0898 Mon through Fri from 9:00AM to 1:30 PM and from 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM PST/PDT, GMT -8 for you people out of the mainland U.S. It is a good idea to be sitting in front of your computer with your origional software at hand. Go pee first cause you could be on hold for a while. If you are under 18 years old or have a very young sounding voice you may be asked to get a parent on the phone.
