Well, since Bbot seems to be otherwise occupied, I guess I'll take the helm for a change.

Friday: NEW COMPUTER! Well, kinda... It's my cousins, but anytime I get to play with a new geek toy, it's a good day. Of course, I now look at my old system and want to replace/augment it. No online time though, so I missed our Guild night.

Saturday: Ding 57 with my pali! Finally, a healing spell (a whole 600 points, but better than the 350 I previously had). Playing in Veksar for the exp bonus, so going to get a few more AA's before concentrating on the next push.

Sunday: 2boxed the mage and cleric in Drainks Scar for a bit, nothing big. Then spent the rest of the afternoon bottling Mead for a friends wedding next week.

All in all, a pretty good weekend...

Lol, sorry Odzmye, didn't see your thread!

Thu: We did an expedition in Dranik's. The mobs were all dark blue (new con system --> bonus exp), and we decided to put 100% into AA exp. Got my 3rd and 4th AA point, two more to go for the title... Smiley: grin

Fri-Sun: Visiting my girlfriend's family, having a great time.

Thursday the Dr00d did her last couple turn-ins for, and received her Epic 1.0.

Friday morning went out of town.

A poem by Robert Frost, handwritten in a book to a friend was discovered this last week. It's called War Thoughts at Home and will be released for public viewing on Oct. 2oth. Here are the first two stanzas:
Robert Frost wrote:
On the backside of the house
Where it wears no paint to the weather
And so shows most its age,
Suddenly blue jays rage
And flash in blue feather.

It is late in an afternoon
More grey with snow to fall
Than white with fallen snow
When it is blue jay and crow
Or no bird at all.

Got home on Sunday in time for guild raid. We tried to take down Aerin Dar the Dragon in PoV. We wiped:(....but it was a good attempt. We'll get him.

Grinding, grinding, grinding.

Friday: Grind away with the bard. Dinged 70.

Saturday: Took the kids to Elmo sings live. Was a good time, but 8 bucks for a balloon!? Come on! Then, grind, grind, grind.

Sunday: Got the Bards brewing from 230 or so to 253 without mods (266 with). Then, grind, grind, grind. DING 71!! It's sooooo nice to able to lull and mez mobs again. Hard caps on songs really suck. Went to do the armor quest as I got a glove mold a while ago only to find out that the gloves require ash covered scrap metal rather then the frost covered scrap metal I've been collecting. Stupid people in the bazaar were charging 10-20k for it so I'll just farm some tonight.

Working backwards
Sunday, came home from work and played the rogue. Leveled to 41 in Stonebrunt mnts made another wakisahi of the frozen skies ( need to get some poison asp sacs for another), raised lockpick to 101 on hole entrance, pulled a db hole mob and had to zone from it.
Logged on Shaman, raised alchemy from 170 to 185 making some dex potions, and philter of the wolf V. Made some of my money back selling the philter potions.
Took the shaman to South ro to make back some more money by killing sand giants.
Saturday. Worked 12 hours. In trader mode mostly. Did do some soloing with rogue in Stonebrunt mnts.
Friday, Day off of work, did laundry, did shopping and library trip. (New Sharpe Novel!) Did one no ro LDON for shaman, won it, had one death caused by healing wizard when mobs aggroed him on low hp rezz status, led them away from him but my roots were not holding to keep them off of me. Only 600 more points until RGC spell.

Thursday Played on Shaman in afternoon, rogue at night. Made 2 Waks of the frozen skies in stonebrunt as someone was nice enough to sell some panda claws to gunthak harbor merchants.

Fri - Went to a baseball game and then a bar. Good times!

Sat - Started to feel sick but had a bunch of errand type stuff to do and crashed out early.

Sun - Went to the last baseball game of the season and then continued with the errands stuff.

Still feel sick today. Uggghhh!

Haven't been ingae since Thursday, when I went solo sand giant hunting to recover some from spell and gear spending spreed.

Friday I crashed, but did talk to daughters about weekend plans and then went to bed early.

Saturday was spent with one daughter in the rain at Pagan Pride Day Festival and then the Book Festival here. Talked to a few new authors and got lots of flyer's and 2 books there. Other daughter, I hoped to meet up with had in-laws in town, and they wanted o go to Ikea. Came home hurting all over, but wanting to go back to Book Festival, so got lots of rest.

Sunday I overslept some and got to the Book festival late, just as my oldest and 2 grandchildren got there. While I waited for her to get to were we had agree to met I chatted with a friend for a moment and added a poem to the poetry tree.

Once we had grouped up, we went to see if Kevin Clash was still signing books with Elmo. There was a long line and they ran out of his book, but with 4 and 14 month old we waited for our chance to met them. Elmo gave each of them a hug and kiss and then we ask to have our picture taken with them. Since daughters camera had died, they ofter to take pics and email them to her. Thanking Kevin for making my day, I got a kiss from Elmo. That meant kids got another hug and kiss as we were leaving.

Spent the rest of the afternoon in the kids area helping grandson make a book and paint a pumpkin and being charm by granddaughter's smiles. Since Jonwin was working, I was tasked with getting them something for him, So I let grandson and his mom pick out books for him and his sister.

I was very tired and aching all over when I got home, yet didn't care, as I was still smiling from meeting Elmo and seeing my grand kids faces when he gave them hugs.

I'm able to sit somewhat comfortably, today as I got Jonwin to massage my hip this morning.

Friday:
Got my drop in Western Wastes for the ranger 1.5 and came within 10% of 71 when I went to bed.

Saturday:
Hastings Books and Records was having a moving sell. I got some old DVDs for me and some stocking stuffers for Christmas. When I jumped online, I finally dinged 71 in Valdenholm. With the number of trains going through that place, it reminded me of the old days of Crushbone and Kael.

Sunday:
Spent time helping guildies do TSS quests. Got gimped into Anguish during an alliance raid. Finally got my "Seal: Mastery of All" drop. YES! No more gimping for me! Also brewed a batch of stout...now for time and ferminting to do its job.
