What is the Easiet Cheapest way to get tailoring up from 60?

There are really no cheapest. Tailoring is really expensive as you get above 60. I have been using the EQtraders.com site to check out different combine and where to get the ingredients. Also this is my bible for all trade skills.

I would suggest this way (although it might not be cheap):

Trivial - Recipe (Components)

66 - Woven Mandrake (Mandrake Root (2))
76 - Picnic Basket (Steel Boning, Woven Mandrake)
82 - Cured Silk Mask (heady kiola, mask pattern, silk swatch)
88 - Hand Made Backpack (backpack pattern, high quality bear skin)
108 - Small Reinforced Mask (high quality wolf skin, mask pattern, steel boning)
115 - Tailored Quiver (high quality cat pelt, quiver pattern)
144 - Wu's Fighting Mantle (heady kiola(4), shoulderpad pattern, silk swatch, vial of viscous mana)
151 - Wu's Fighting Sleeves (heady kiola(4), silk swatch(2), sleeve pattern, vial of viscous mana)
158 - Wu's Fighting Shirt (heady kiola(4), silk swatch(3), tunic pattern, vial of viscous mana)

personally I would goto abymal ( <---- spelling ) seas and do the trade skill quest that will take you to about 50 if i remember right...

then depending on level.. then I would goto mesa and farm bear skins there is a bear cave and about 50 bear in the area. also wolve in the area and once you have all the skins then i would make tailored bags.. who cares if you fail. or
make leather padding.. again who cares if you fail.. it will take you way above 60.. alittle deeper in zone are spiders.. for silks ...

then goto town
