After 16 years, I'm not listing every friggin character.
my shadow knight drakk is now lvl 15. i think 6-7 hrs game play. lots of quests. breath weapon lvl 15 now done too. no buffing from anyone, no power lvling and no grouping. but i did twink, i bought 70k worth of gear. but all of the gear well most of it is recommended for lvl 60 or 65. so the stats start off low like HP +5 at lvl 1 and hp +20 by lvl 15 when i reach lvl 60 it will be HP + 110. so most of my aromr and items level with me.
To play well with others is to NOT GET THEM KILLED

That is the smart way to twink. I have to shake my head when I see people paying hundreds of thousands of plat for a Fungi Tunic and Sceptre of Destruction.

I've read the new quests give you really good gear, and as someone that flaunts liking to experience the game I'd assume you'd just go do the lowbie quests instead of buying gear /shrug

The lowbish quest gear is ok for its level, but its nothing like the recommended lvl 66 attuneable gear you can buy cheaply in bazaar (IE OOW drops).
Also alot of them can not be soloed since the mobs are complete undercons in the new expansion. I did the quest that involved that tower in blightfire just for something to do. As a 62 necro I actually had to chaincast my lifetap on the final grey con mob because hwa s flurrying for 200 damage and summoned countless extra mobs. In the end I had to run a good distance and gate because my pet was dead and I was low on hitpoints. That was all after using the torches to supposedly make him weaker. The reward was a robe with strict required and rec levels and I seriously doubt anything would want to wear that thing with a required lvl of over 30 and a recommened 40. I think it was like 8ac 5 int 3 dex 15hp/mana 5 to a couple of resists. Seriously there is robes with NO req or rec levels in bazaar for under 1k with alot better stats. I would say this quest would require a solid group of lvl 30's to do normally.
As I expected I have not seen any gear worth a crap from anything under lvl 40 in the new expansion. Sony as usual has went overboard with the strict req and required lvls and I think its stupid. I can see high end items having that sort of stuff, but your not going to upset the game balance letting a lvl 1 charactor wear a robe with 15 hitpoints on it.
