I was wondering what a good server to start out on thats not too crowded? And has a little bit of low level player base? I'm about to buy EQ: Titanium and reactivate my old account, I really didn't play that much but now I have so much free time it's unreal, and I love being a ranger :)

I would do the Combine or Sleeper server there is a more of a chance of getting people of your level to group with
