Raising Faction with OgresFollow

how can you raise factions with ogres? i need it for the stein quest. can i kill dwarves in CB , the slaves?

Are you a chanter? Unfortunately they nerfed your faction spell. It does not work on GMs or Merchants. Clurg is a merchant and the other questgivers who give quests to help your Clurg faction are GMs

You need to be non KoS to start. Ogre illusion or Dark Elf illusion if you are KoS should let you in the city.

In the city kill armadillos and hand skins into exterminator to raise warriors faction. Exterminator will deal with you even if dubious. Once warriors will talk to you, hand in lizard meat (kill lizardman mystics and warriors, the higher level ones across the river in Feeroot) in the warrior's guild to raise Clurg.

You ultimately want Clurg faction raised to at least high indifferent to get the stein quest.

Takes a long time if you are not a DE. Being Agnostic helps some.
