Tainted Heartstone drops off of Bazu Bonesmasher in Wall of Slaughter.

The more languages you master the higher the stats grow to.

My druid had one of these for years, unfortunately your pally can't use this.

I can't remember any more language based charms.

On the other hand, my pally is equiped with this charm.

Hope this helps you a bit.

You can buy a language based charm from DoN crystal vendors. It comes with two aug slots. If can aug it properly, it will be the highest stable valued charm until the Demiplane of Blood.

Edit: fixed broken quote

Ok I found it:

Talisman of the Spellslinger.

Still unusable by a Pally though, also it maxes out at more that 40/40 lower than the Defender's Battle tested pin, so considering that the melee charm starts at a higher value to you, it will aug out at a higher value than the langauge charm also.
At less than 200 crystals it is quite a good value and you don't have to worry about languages or demi-planes to get it.

Another nice tool I used to find it:
Everquest Utilities
