Hello there,
am approaching lvl 68 these days and already bought 2 muramite runes (for my 68 spells). today we hunted in stoneroot falls, and I won the roll on a shadowspine rune.
my question now, should I trade the shadowspine rune for a muramite rune (or vice versa) or can I go to both NPC's (in DS as well as Undershore) and start tun the in?
am a bit afraid I'd ***** up the "spells_he_aleady_received" flag...

You don't need to trade them, it won't affect the spell order or anything. Shadowspine for some reason (just by the way) tend to run cheaper in the bazaar than muramite. Good luck making 68 and garts on the rune
Aye, the two sets of runes will not mess each other up. The just ork together and give you the same spells.
To put it another way they are 2 names for the same item, you just turn them into different NPCs
You will get the next spell you need in the list no matter which you turn in.

Edit: and yes, it worked. handed 4 muramite runes to Karsor the Mad first. when I gave Brother Hidden Path in Undershore the Shadowspine rune, he handed me the last remaining spell.
