If I am not mistaken you MIGHT have to have Amiable faction. I know for the Armor of Ro quests (Paladins armor quest from that zone) You need Amiable faction. At your level the easiest way to gain faction would be to hunt dervish cutthroats and turn there rings into a named orc in south ro (Oathis or something like that). You turn 3 in at a time and you get faction and some rawhide armor.

Funny story about that mob, years ago (IE kunark era) That mob said he needed 4 rings, however he gave you the reward if u handed him 3. I petitioned that to a GM and it wasn't a day later that quest was fixed. I don't know if my petition got it fixed, or if it was simply allready about to be fixed. Back in those Days GM's knew what they was doing and had more power though. That was also back when Verent was still in control.

As for your problem there is no way to get it back unless you petiton about it. I would say I wouldn't worry about lambent stones as they are cheap, but at your lvl it might have taken some effort to get it? Only hope you have is to petition and maybe raise your faction with temple of ro to Amiable before trying again.

The other way you can raise TEmple of Ro factino is to kill Shadowmen (west commons has some in the corner of the desert), but they are lvl 30ish and would woop you pretty good. They are also hard to single pull even at lvl 30ish because they are tightly spawned together.

Don't bother petitioning.
You may get the item back, but the snooty lecture about how *you should be more
careful about destroying valuable items* will probably make you so mad it won't be worth it :)
