Pity the guy. I think he's writing with a pen attached to the forehead. That would account for the lack of capital letters, frequent absence of spaces and verbs as well as the peculiar syntax. The unorthodox spelling could be an attempt at obuscation or plain ignorance - I don't think we need to worry though, this smacks of an up-coming IP ban.
