celestial healing is a lvl 44 spell or clerics...i looked it up and there was no vendor info...so i asked guild and said its a quest spell....so i looked up spell and found nothing from earning celestial healing....can someone help me with getting it

Did you look it up here at Alla's, using the links on the left?
I clicked over there and found this Celestial Healing in the level 44 section of cleric spells.
It says there that is is dropped in many places (all Velious zones) by a lot of mobs, and even has "Found as Loot" at the top of the list. There are also some posts below it, that refer to which camps might be the best to get it from.
Good luck getting it, since I guess no one has it for sale on your server. (And if they did, it'd probably be expensive.) You'll definitely be wanting to take a group out to help you get it if you're around level 44.

Hunt the Shardwurms in the tunnels in Great Divide, they drop all those level 44 Spells that they added with the Velious expansion. It's a good place to hunt for them too, if you get in trouble you can run to Thurgadin, and it's really close to a PoK book so it doesn't take long to get there.

Yea I was in Bazaar one day and did a search for my friends cleric just for the heck of it. There was 2 people selling this spell. The one person wanted 3kish for it, the other 75pp. So needless to say I jumped on the 75pp one.
