Of course you can always(well every 2 weeks or so) change your surname. So I guess you were asking about the first name of your toon.

you can change your surname once every 7 days, it costs about $50 to change ur first name tho.

Petition from a character on another account that your name is offensive. Means female sexual organ in Swahili or something. Eventually a GM will catch you online and tell you your name has to be changed and ask what you want it changed to. There, problem solved.
