Good morning everyone!

Thu: Met some friends in PoK. We went to Trakanon's Teeth and got us the Seb key, then went to Sebilis for the first time. Got wiped when we tried to fight our way to the exit, but it was still fun! Dinged 53! Smiley: smile Did two LDoNs afterwards, of which we failed the first one due to a zone reload... Smiley: mad Got a nice CHA+5 aug, though...

Fri-Sun: Weekend par excellence, sleeping a lot, meeting friends. Played WH40k with my brother, it's been at least 2 years since our last match... My Dark Angels won against his Dark Eldar.

Ah, nearly forgot: FORZA ITALIA! Smiley: yippee Smiley: clap Smiley: king

Took down Aerin Dar, Magnetic Bahemoth, and Grummus with Ring of Steel on Saturday...that's about it. We are prepping for a garage sale, so I spent a bunch of time out in the pole barn getting junk priced and set out on tables.

Friday, did Thurg MM with my guild and had a great time. Even though I was way down the list in loot rotation, the guild agreed that the drop was more suited for my cleric, so I ended up getting the rare drop ring from the first mission, Diamond Kromrif Citizen's Ring. Thanks to the Dragon Treats on Druzzil Ro!

Saturday and Sunday were minimal online, only grinding a bit in Natimbi. Spent the majority of my time getting ready for our family vacation in August ( http://www.pennsicwar.org ). Building a yurt and getting the melee armor repaired for the punnishing week of fighting/drinking. The things we call 'fun'...

Reactivated the dusty ol' EQ subscription on Friday and rolled my bard. Played alot this weekend, making nice progress all the way to level eleven despite the constant trains and overcrwding on Sleeper. Last night I joined a guild so as to have some compatriots to catch the trains with, and was immediately made an officer. Good times.

/ooc Guild now recruiting. Send tells for invite! First five tells become officers!

Classic, and yet, still funny!

Wow. I thoguht that said "Dragon Teats"...

Anyways, Friday was my buddy's birthday so a bunch of us went to a Japanese restaurant and sat at the hibachi table, getting wasted on sake. This was my first time to such a place and it was really great. Then we went bowling where we continued to get wasted. I hustled the other guyhs out of some cash (by not telling them that I bowled for six years in league play, including for my high school). I'm just glad I managed to roll so well after ten years ("I'm throwin' rocks tonight, Dude!").

Saturday we had a cookout with some two dozen people. It's essentially a frathouse around here; a bunch of twentysomething guys living in a big house, partying all night most nights. We started a poker game at around 2am and finished after 5 (I couldn't manage to win this, though I was the last player to go out).

Sunday a bunch of us went golfing. It was a great day and I played fairly well for not having been out at all yet this year. I'm still in a world of pain though.

Note: none of this is EQ related since I'm unemployed and had to drop the subscription

Yet you can afford to eat japanese food, go bowling, play poker, AND go golfing.

You have some severe priority issues, my good friend.

Made a bunch of AA, bought Pyromancy, and Tanchor. Brings me up to 203aa. Helped guild on a several epic 2.0 kills. Knocked those out fairly easily.

I didn't pay for those! Smiley: sly Well, I paid for bowling after I'd won their money.

Went to see a long time friend who just had his first child. Also to celebrate his anniversary. Which then leads to a Ren Faire and drinking and......

So no EQ over the standard weekend but got a little time in last night getting some XP for the Cleric and a bit of an AA for the SK.

Not a lot of EQ. Friday logged on the rogue trying to get him to 30 so he can wear his fabled bracer of scavenging and batskull earring.
Was in swamp of no hope but then took a task which ran me to FV and loio.
Logged off at 29.
Saturday worked giving tours, then went to Elne's oldest daughters house to celebrate the birthday of the grandaughter. She is one year old today.
Got back home in time to log on for raiding with the shaman. Not enough folks showed for a second try at TT so we went and killed Sontalak. Died but picked up Canni 4. Then we went inside to try a few mobs indoors. Wiped when we couldnt snare/stun the runner. My what a lot of dragons showed up. My first time inside tov.
Sunday more work at the museum. Came home fixed dinner and then logged rogue back on. Finished task then went back to swamp to grind oot the sxp to 30. Was joined by a few guildies from AS. They logged on their low 20s toons. Nice fun! Dinged 30
