NINJA nerf since patchFollow

Thanks sony/soe, not only did you fu*ck the resists, nerf the time on root/snare, but now you have made it so the bard faction song no longer works on merchants.

WTFG SoE.

tried faction song in Halas, Shar Vahl, and in the shade weave thicket, all give the following error:

"Your speel did not take hold" before the song even has a chance to fully pulse.

really fu*cking good move Sony/SoE. things like this are why i left EQ in the first place.
