Anyone know why the gemcrafter in neriak is not working? When I click on him he says hes not open for business right now,and for that matter why the heck is he on a roof?
Sometines the NPC vendors will get out of place, either by someone accidentally attacking them and mvoing the NPC around during combat or a pathing/spawning bug, etc. When they are out of place, the code that runs the NPC will not work correctly and so they won't sell to/buy from you. A /petition should get the NPC reset. Good luck!
