The potion belt that you get with OoW expansion, I can only use 2 slots. Is thier a queast to unlock the other 2 slots?.

Not yet. But I suspect there will be something coming in the next expansion.

There are certain belts in the game which add slots to your potion belt. Currently I believe three is the highest number of available slots.

There are new AA's in TSS that allow you to use one more slot of the potion belt and for the bandolier.
