Necro. Shaman. Beastlord. All self-sufficient and soloable for quick leveling.

Any other considerations you might have? Race? Alignment? Any old characters lounging around that you could twink from?

You will probably end up quiting again...

You want to make a toon that is easy to level up, leveling up is not really playing the game.

With only that goal, you will miss 90% of the real game.

Of course Druids are easy to level up. Clerics will get groups easier generally. Tank class would probably be the hardest. PLus with the way the game is once you do make it to the higher end you just about HAVE to grind some AA's to be able to keep up with the mobs etc.

The Casters are cheapest to outfit right now at low levels now. You can really twink a caster out cheap.

If all you are going for is levels, you might also want to consider the Test server, as you can /testbuff to lvl25 immediately, and you get double experience. Of course, you won't have the experience playing the toon, so expect to get booted out of groups until you learn how to play you class well...
