I can't find anything that leads me to finding this spell. It is supposed to be a level 19 cleric spell. Am I missing something? Any help would be appreciated.
Are you talking about Celestial Remedy? It's right there on the spells list. It says right there that it's sold in Shadowhaven. Did you even look?
Well, to be fair, most people these days would hardly set foot in Shadowhaven anymore, much less look for spells. But he did completely butcher the spelling of "remedy".

But he said level 19 cleric spell. It's like he didn't even bother to look up the criteria he listed. Spelling be damned. I'm also aware that nobody ever goes to SH anymore except to get to PC but it says right there on the page.
I rarely went to SH, even when it was new, other that to pass through. I don't like no SoW zones.

In my defense, I will just assume that the OP either isn't too bright, or wasn't looking very hard.

You can sow yourself in nexus and it will work in Shadowhaven. Anyways yea you can get it there and I am willing to bet its in abysmal sea as well.
Something I noticed with that spell is it takes way to much mana for the heal you get. Better off just casting a normal heal. The higher level versions of that spell are pretty good though.
