could someone please put out an order of the factions and about how many kills it takes from one to the next, sorry if its already out there, but my friend is having a lot of trouble with her faction for Dranik loyalists and i thought this might help

Although this probably isn't a possibility, doing about two to five full Citadel of Anguish raids is enough to max out Dranik Loyalists. I was at low warmly before I did one raid, killed about 20 mobs in DS, and got max ally.
Faction hits can be determined in number of kills. There are some mobs that take the death of their breathern vary seriously, a dozen kills and you are KOS and its almost impossible to repair. OT hammer quest comes to mind spent days building faction for my OT Hammer (Amiable) One short trip to Howling Stones used my Hammer to get out and the whole town had a gang bang.
Killing Sir Lucan D`Lere for the Soulfire quest is a good example as well. Killing him will move you from indifferently to scowl easily, and maybe from higher to scowl. It's also a good way to max out Knights of Truth faction however.
