Belt of the Rainmaker help neededFollow

Hi all, I have been trying to do the "Belt of the Rainmaker" task in Elddar Forest lately. That is actually the name of the item you get once completed. I dont recall the actual name of the task. I am currently lvl 67HE RNG. This is really a simply task to do and is given by Speaker Greyleaf. The problem i keep having is that Greyleaf wont give me the container..says something to the effect that i cannot help him at this time. He responds to me when i hail him and gives the code words to initiate dialogue however, when it gets to the point where he is supposed to give me the container i get the above text. I am dubious to Greyleaf and i have tried using sneak, WE illusion, sneak w/WE illusion and still the same problem. I even asked some other rangers to try it with me. One guy was a human ranger and the other a WE, all with dubious faction and they also had the same problem. Greyleaf gives 2 tasks 1 is for the belt(melee) other is for casters(back item. Now i popped my druid over there also to see what happened with him..well he gets task np>>silly druid<<
I kow ppl have this fine item because i have talked to those that have it and they all say yeah its simple no problems. Did something change with the latest patch? I /petitioned a GM and was advised that no bugs have been reported blah blah. If anyone has any advise on this i would greatly appreciate it. Thanks all and if you have this fine item i salute you.

ok all, i finally got this item and it was indeed bugged however, some things you still need to know. You will still need to use sneak. Pop your sneak on and walk behind Greyleaf. he will start dialogue and turn around to face you. Now, make sure you walk back behind him each time you fill in the code word. This worked for me after they patched some bugs on 06/17/06. This info is done with rangers in mind like myself. Druids should have no problem as long as you have been a fairly good druid. Pick the Task "Tree Spirits". Hope this helps all..very easy quest and even easier w/ a druid to port ya around. If ya don't have a ported remember to take a gate potion to PoG for final turn in. The Dryad that you turn the seeds into is mid way up the Tree of Tunare on the ledge. Looks like a fairy.
