I am seeking a extended enhancement item for a 26 ranger and the only ones i know of is a qest and very low stats(except mage summoned) i cant find one so if anyone knows of one post it here ok i did some more searching and found one that is not lvl req... doess reccomended lvl decrease a items focus power ?

Pretty sad stats, but EE2 will cover you up though your level 44 spells. Best to swap whichever one you end up with for a better item unless buffing.
If I had a choice and didn't have the luxury of having a better item for the slot (for full-time use) I'd choose the Clawed Knuckle Ring for a 26 Ranger.
To the best of my knowledge, Focus effects either work, or they don't.

I am going to try and get one of the player made augmemts i mosotly want this for spikeskin potions) i recently went from 22 to 26 in less than 40 minutes.
