Veeshans Peak and Aged Robe of the Azure Sky...Follow

Looking for information on what drops it and how often. I know Phara Dar used to drop Robe of the Azure Sky, but have yet to receive confirmation on what in the revamped VP drops this unique "aged" version of the item. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you very sincerely,
