could someone please post some info on POR like zone loc and quest npc loc in the zones or any info that you may think usefull
See that on the left side? That list of stuff such as "quests," "items," and "bestiary?" USE IT. Search for Prophecy of Ro zones and quests. Profit.

You do not need premium to press the buttons on the left, look at what zones are PoR, look at the quests, look at just about anything. It only hampers advanced item searches and journal usage and all that useless jazz.

The book to tell you what to do and the like in ON the CD. It is also in your main EQ directory. Look for it there.
Oh, and punctuation is your friend.
