not everyone comes to the forums everyday, and as more threads are added, old ones drop to another page. so the person that came 7 days after you had your problem, didn't search the entire forums, maybe they didn't have time or whatever. so didn't see yours ;-P
Yep, been arguing with them a couple of months now, trying to change the credit card on my accounts without giving up the $99 deal. Getting real tired of being lied to and scammed by CS.
