Level 31 Mage Powerlevel?Follow

Hello... Cuple questions anout where to powerlevel a 31 Mage... I have been PLing so far with my 68 Cleric 68 Enchanter. Unfortunately I have no idea where the best place to powerlevel at 31 is or for that matter up until high 40's low 50's. It would be great to have multiple choices other than the usual Overthere, Netherbian Lair, Dawnshroud Peaks, Etc. Maybe a nice Camp or unusal spot to hunt... Also, is there a certain pet I should use when I am powerleveling or certain strategies that will make mid level powerleveling quicker and more effective.

Old World.

I power leveled a Magician to level 66.

At 31, mass kill in Sol A until you get a pet that can tank and mass kill in Sol B. (Both zones are in Lavastorm, labled as Solusek's Eye and Nagafen's Lair) Kobolds will take you into the 40s, bugs and bats to 50.

Next, the Hole (Ruins of Old Paineel from Toxxuila Forest > Paineel) until 58-60 or higher if you stay deep inside.

Once you get the 61 Air pet, Planes of Power and alot of other zones open up for you. Once you get the 66 Air pet, you are unstoppable.

EDIT: As for strategies. Use a Fire pet and pull multiple mobs. In the Old World, monsters hit like wet socks and the fire pet's self damage shield is better than yours. With Cleric buffs and healing, the usually low hit point fire pet can tank.

Once you get level 61, Air Pet, Air Pet, Air Pet.
