i know the minimum faction for the quests is High Amiable, what i wondering is is there any phrase required to get Find Fribblebrap #1? or do i hand in the tablet i created from Parts for Belfast?

Bellfast is part of DoD progression and is one of the 5 arcs to get the Evolving Resist clickie mask.

Fortunately for me I got everything via other people who had done the faction work and got the missions for me.
