problems with in-game itemsFollow

Well long story short friend of mine has some friends he works with in the game so we both decided to buy Titanium and start a new toon on Druzzil ro with his friends.

We both bought it from the same store, same time, same shelf etc. We both allready had eq1 installed on the PC's (I have 2 pc's setup, not really important). We both made new e-mails for new station accounts and activated the subscription for the game.

After getting into the game I make a necro he makes a cleric and we start off in tutorial. Well I hit the /claim button and it says I have no rewards. MY friend hits the claim button and it shows him getting every single item ever released with a expansion.

Now right on the package it says includes all available in-game items from these expansions. Basically I didn't get mine.

Any idea what the problem could be? I petitioned but with the way GM's are I doubt they even know what they are talking about, let alone being able to help me. I can't think of anything I could have done wrong, and like I said the way we went about installed and pla ying the game was pretty much exactly the same minus the names and class of the charactors.

Sometimes it takes a couple of days to be able to claim the rewards. Assuming you registered correctly, give it another 2 or 3 days. If that doesn't work, /petition and they should take care of it for you. Same thing happened to me with DoDH.

i had the same problem with my shaman leave the tutorial hit pok do /claim and camp back into tutorial it worked second i zoned out of there.
