Ok, I am a little slow..
I was fumbling through the EQ menu button thingy, and I came across the "Voice Macros". They sound pretty cool and I have used them.
Is there a way to hotkey them into a incoming message, for example, so I dont have to keep the Voice macro window open?

VoiceFollow
Create a hot button and type in '/vgroup 2' (no quotes) on the first line and hit accept. That will play the 'Battle' voice macro.
'/vgroup 4' (again, no quotes) would play the 'Follow' voice macro.
Just plug in the number of the voice macro you want your group to hear and you're all set.
FYI CTRL + v is the hot key combo to get the macro list up.
