To the person who's rated a few dozen of my posts lately -
My current karma rating is 3.79 (there are still a few places to get exact numbers.)
Admins have confirmed that each post you make essentially rates you twice - and as my current average is 3.79 and I have 3091 posts - it's safe to assume my total rating is around 23429, over around 6200 ratings.
This means that if you rate me awful one thousand times, I'll have around a 3.4 karma rating, still a scholar.
If you rate me awful two thousand times, I'll have a 3.1 karma rating, still a scholar.
You need to rate me awful around 2500 times to pull me down to a 2.99 rating, making me lose scholar.
You need to rate me around ten thousand times to pull me subdefault.

I don't think groogle should lay off a bit at all. I enjoy his posts and he adds more reliable information for EQ than anybody else on the site. Keep it up.
Oh and if I remember correctly one of the admins stated that you can't rate posts that are month old or something. So they'll have to wait for you to posts a thousand posts before they can rate that many times.
Really, I just posted this thread because it struck as funny as hell that it'll take ten thousand awfuls to get me anywhere.

most of my posts have information in them - saying "no, that's not how it works" is still information, even if I'm too lazy to always fully explain it.
but really, it just looks like someone went down and rated down a few random threads of mine. Doesn't really bother me, dropped me about .005.

After a spat almost two years ago cost my 3.00+ I have almost made it back - 2.96 and have almost made it to 200 messages.
