I am looking for a strategy for the map peices in ferubi, i have seen the section map but i need help with the mobs. What mobs are the best to drop them and what is a good group to bring in to camp them?
iirc just slaughter the zone
The link Goalkeeper provided is a good link. Here is my personal experience. The first two pieces drop fairly common. Starting the Ferubi crawl is easy to do. I have done this with 1 group before. However, bring a good mezzer due to some adds. And you need to keep moving since mob repops behind you fairly quickly.
Ripped and Tettered can be dropped by any mobs so you can try for these from zone in area. They dropped about 1 out of about 10-15 mobs for me. Shredded drop from mobs in the south part of the zone. They are supposely semi rare but it dropped for me in 5 mobs after entering the area. The torn is the hardest to get since it only drops from the mobs in the large room at southeast corner. I would bring two groups for this room since the mobs repop fairly quickly. It took me two trips for 3 hours each to have 2 pieces drop for me and another cleric.
The drops are random off any mobs so just keep killing them. Good luck with it. The raid fights are a lot of fun for 1.5.

Sir, if AAAA's were droppable on normal servers (are they?!) I suggest you start making some!
yeah, quad A's are droppable. they're also way cheaper than on FV - I saw one on BB for 50k!
Haha!! That's rather cheap for an item that requires that much work, to be honest.
ya i have seen the map of the areas but the problem is i cant get down to south of zone because i cannot get enough people to help, is there no way that the shredded will drop somwhere close to the area? the closest i have gotten is to the first named room

Sorry, you have to get to the southern area. I know it's not easy. It took me about 20 asks, 4 trips down before we broke to the southern area and I was lucky that it dropped within 5 mobs. We wiped twice right before getting to the area and had to end it. Ferubi crawl is not fun and people don't really want to do it. Only incentive is some decent drop from named and we did have spell drop once. Other than that, no one really wants to do it. I had to beg many times before I got mine. Good luck.

Yeah, I need to do that sometime soon. I just don't have much time to play anymore. I rarely get on and when I do, it's for raid. I wish I had more time to play.
